Flower waters
We use floral water in which we find live bioactive nutrients for our skin. Hydrosols are made by distilling rainwater through fresh vegetable matter and, in turn, the water captures the medicinal properties of the plant.
Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin belongs to a class of naturally-occurring pigments called carotenoids. It is an antioxidant produced by microalgae. This seaweed is the food for pink flamingos, salmon and shrimp, which consume so much that the most visible effect of astaxanthin is to give them a pink color! Many people aren't aware that baby flamingos are born white. They only obtain their pink color once they eat food that is loaded with astaxanthin.
